Designed by Linda Jones it is a dual headed hammer.  One side which has a fixed convex steel face which is designed for spreading, flattening and work hardening.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the other side there is a flat nylon head which can be used for hardening but mostly used for smoothing kinks in wire and tempering plated and enamelled wire without making marks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe nylon head can be removed and replaced with a dapping head simply by unscrewing the nylon head.
