Halloween Brick Stitch Patterns

Description

Our Halloween Brick Stitch patterns have 16 designs to help you make your own Halloween charms and pendants.

The pattern is a great introduction to brick stitch, covering how to start as well as increase and decrease. It's suitable for beginners and more experienced beaders. The project pages start with small simple designs and then build to more complex pieces. If you're a more experienced beader, there's always the option to jump ahead, straight into the project patterns.

Steph has been planning a Halloween project for some time. Once she started sketching a few designs, all the ideas came flowing out. She had so many in the end she had to cull a few. 16 designs made the cut – so plenty to keep you busy and inspired! There's lots of design ideas and tips throughout the instructions. Designs include, Ghosts, Skull, Haunted House, Spider, Spiderweb, Cat, Eye, Flying Bat, Pumpkin, Frankenstein, Witches Hat, Gravestone, Candy, Owl, Cauldon and Boo Expression.

Our Halloween Brick Stitch Patterns are available as a single emailed PDF with all 16 designs included. Available as an instant PDF download via an email link. There is also the option for us to print out and post the pattern to you.

Materials Required

The designs in the pattern have all been created using the colours from our Halloween Delica Bead mix, however you can substitute any of the colours in the design. Size 13 seed beads have also been used to create the small hanging loops in each design. Along side your pattern and beads, you will also need a size 13 beading needle and beading thread. You will also need use of embroidery scissors. You may also find a bead mat & bead stopper useful.

You will need use of chain nose pliers to assemble the jewellery, these are not included in the kit, but they are available separately.

This design is also available as a kit with instructions, beads, findings, needle and thread.

We have a video tutorial showing you how to start brick stitch which you will find helpful if you're new to beading.

Where can I find the shop?

Once you’re in Nottingham it’s quite easy to find us as we’re bright purple! Here are our top tips on getting into Nottingham City Centre or give us a call if we can help.

Things to note when visiting Nottingham city Centre. Our shop is situated in a clear zone between 10am and 4,30pm. Only buses and trams are allowed on this street between these times. There is disability on street parking just down and around the corner from us (Angel Row) or behind the Royal Centre tram stop (Wollaton Street).

We suggest using the Tram if you’re visiting Nottingham City Centre. This can be cheaper than Nottingham’s parking charges and if you are not used to Nottingham then you will also avoid the sometimes confusing road network in the city centre. There are several Tram park & rides which can make life much easier. They can be found approx. 1 mile from Jct.26 on the M1 or in Clifton if you use Jct.24 coming from the south and travelling on the A453. More info here.

There are also several car parks near us including the Euro car park at the top of our road (it is quite a tight multi storey). Or on street parking the closest of which is Wollaton Street.

Royal Centre Tram Stop: We can be found approx. 100 metres from the Royal Centre Tram Stop. Just follow the tram tracks downhill into the city centre. You will see us on the right hand side opposite the old Debenhams building.

Whilst you’re in Nottingham why not visit some of the Cities other fantastic Independent shops https://www.mailorder-beads.co.uk/news/my-20-favourite-things-to-do-in-nottingham/

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

UK orders usually arrive in the next 1-3 days depending on the postage you select. Overseas orders take 3-20 days depending on location.

Orders placed before 1pm on a week day are sent out the same day. We offer a range of delivery options including guaranteed next day. Occasionally items do get lost in the post we can re-send or refund your order 10 working days after it was sent (20 days for international items) as this is when the Royal Mail class class it as lost and allow us to claim for the loss.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if it’s not what you wanted you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days but please return items in the same condition you received them.

If you return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the full amount debited from your card. Postage will not be refunded if only part of the order is returned or after 14 days. Please enclose either your original invoice or a copy of it.

If you have changed your mind about colour or size or just want to exchange for something else please enclose your order number and what you would like to swap for.

Unless the item is faulty you are responsible for the postage to return items to us and we’d always recommend getting a proof of postage.
