Our Pearlescent Peacock Vintage Style Pearl Necklace Kit uses simple bead weaving techniques with Preciosa pearl beads to create an elegant necklace.
This kit includes all the materials you need to make the necklace as well as full clear written instructions and diagrams with helpful tips for beginners. The necklace has been designed to wear short, a tiny bit longer than a choker. If the necklace is made too long, then the shape can drape awkwardly and not sit flat. The finished size of the necklace is 38cm and with the extension chain, 43.5cm (roughly 17 inches). The extension chain allows for small adjustments, ideal if you're make for someone else or to adapt to different necklines. If you know that you need to make the necklace longer, you will have to add a whole pattern repeat of beads (twelve more of each size), this will ensure the design is still symmetrical. This will make the total length approximately 52 cm (20.5’’).

The Pearlescent Peacock version is a lovely iridescent dees teal green shade. We have colour kit colours available in this same design including, light creamrose, pearlescent grey and gold.
To complete the kit chain nose pliers, round nose pliers and scissors are also required, which are NOT included in the kit.
